A solid ratchet device is used to control the direction of rotation, which is activated by an electrical motor that regulates the ratio of rotational speed and acceleration.Each arm can be approached to time and temperature settings respectively.There is a movable operation panel at loading and discharging station. The panel has dot-move function that makes it easy to change the position of main shaft as well as mould mounting and dismounting.The frequency converter regulates the speed of close and open for the oven's door.In the cooling chamber,there are water-sprayers, stainless steel plates,and cooling blowers 5mbar The normal burner's pressure is 5mbar.
